CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a deposit. The remainder of the total is due following service completion. Deposit will be applied to service. Deposits are not refundable. Any cancellation or no show made less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in total loss of deposit There is a 15 minute grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will require a rescheduled appointment. Please no guests until further notice unless guest is receiving a service as well. Contacts must be removed prior to appointment. There is a bathroom in the salon to remove contacts upon arrival. Please remove all makeup, oil and build up from lashes prior to appointment. Refunds for services are not available. If unsatisfactory to the client’s liking, please let me know within 24 hours and we can make adjustments. As a lash artist, it is my job to ensure you are satisfied. If major fallout or reactions occur, contact must be made within 48 hours after appointment. Please throw away chewing gum before sitting for a service. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Venmo, cash and other mobile wallets. By making an appointment, you agree to the above policies.
